Enquiry pipeline, application tracking, and enrollment
Overview
The admissions module provides a complete enquiry-to-enrollment pipeline with Kanban board visualization, stage tracking, and automated communication.
Enquiry Pipeline
Enquiries flow through these stages:

Kanban Board
The enquiry list supports a Kanban view (configured via the behaviors JSON on ObjectDefinition). Counsellors can drag enquiries between stages.
Stage History
Every stage change is tracked in EnquiryStageHistory:
- Previous stage and new stage
- Timestamp of change
- User who made the change
- Notes/reason for change
Document Management
Enquiry documents (certificates, ID proofs, etc.) can be uploaded and tracked:
- Document type and status (Pending, Verified, Rejected)
- Verification by admin
