Institution Settings
Configure your institution profile, branding, academics, and payment gateway
Overview
Institution Settings is the central configuration hub for your school. Access it at Administration > Institution Profile.
Profile Tab
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Institution Name | Your school or college name |
| Institution Type | School (K-12), College, Coaching Centre, etc. |
| Address | Full postal address |
| Phone | Contact number |
| Website | Institution website URL |
| Timezone | Used for date/time display (default: Asia/Kolkata) |
| Currency | Used for fee display (default: INR) |
Branding & Portal Tab
Branding
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Logo | Upload your institution logo |
| Tagline | Displayed on the parent portal login |
| Primary Color | Used for portal branding accents |
Portal URLs
- Portal Login URL — Share with parents for login
- Registration URL — Share with parents for self-registration
Both URLs are copyable with one click.
Academic Tab
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Academic Year | Current academic year (e.g., "2025-2026") |
| Grading System | Percentage, Grade Point (GPA), Letter Grade, or Raw Marks |
System Tab
Read-only system information:
- Institution ID, Subdomain, Schema Name
- Plan (Free, Starter, Professional, Enterprise)
- Creation date
